Just returned from a lovely stay at a beautiful property near the beach. The house was well-maintained and had a cosy, welcoming atmosphere. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there were thoughtful touches like soap and cleaning products provided. The large enclosed garden was perfect for our dogs. And even though the bathroom was downstairs, it was great for quickly getting the kids in the bath after a day at the beach. I highly recommend Sunrise Beach House for a perfect little holiday.

Stayed at a lovely beachfront accommodation. Garden and free WiFi - perfect for scrolling through social media while pretending to enjoy nature. Towels provided, so I didn't have to use my designer ones. Oh, and free parking, because walking is so last century.

Disabled uncle couldn't access the shower, which clearly wasn't the property's fault. Guess I should have brought a crane for him.

Stayed in a lovely house, great location, and very clean. the owners were welcoming and had thoughtfully provided baby gates, which made our stay perfect with our one, year, old. the beds were comfortable, and the host was easy to communicate with and provided clear arrival instructions. the house had everything we needed, including nice pictures, plenty of toilet rolls, a comfortable mattress, and amenities like Wi. A real gem, centrally located but away from noisy pubs. It was a great base for us, with excellent internet connections for working during the day. the bedrooms were spacious, and the shower was powerful. the well, equipped kitchen and spacious garden were also great features. Parking was a bonus, with a space just around the corner.

Beds were comfortable and the communication with the host was excellent. Clear instructions for check-in and arrival were provided.

The kitchen dishes and pans needed washing before use and the toilet required cleaning. The layout of the property with the bathroom being downstairs was not ideal.

The value for money was excellent, with a cosy and clean room that exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, close to the promenade and a variety of pubs and restaurants. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went the extra mile to make us feel at home.

The morning meal could have been improved by offering a greater variety of options to choose from.

Stayed at a "beachfront" accommodation with a "garden" and "free WiFi". Nearest airport is conveniently not too far away. Free private parking is always a plus. Discovered Pleasure Island Family Theme Park and Cadwell Park in the area. Towels were provided.

Such a shame that I had to bother with towels being "featured". Ugh, the struggle!

During our Easter stay, we enjoyed the fantastic decor and attention to detail in the house. It was clear that the owner takes great care of the property. We also appreciated the fenced-off garden, which was perfect for our dogs. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the promenade and close to a variety of cafes and chip shops. The beds were comfortable, and the bedding was of high quality. Having a ground floor bathroom was convenient for cleaning up after trips to the beach.

That the bathroom was located downstairs, which was a bit inconvenient, especially at night. we should have checked before bringing my disabled uncle, as the shower was not accessible for him.
